Aydan Karakulak who won the Turkey’s first medal in Girls' Parallel Giant Slalom with her outstanding performance and stated these at the medal ceremony:

 “I am very proud of achieving this success. I was excited but I got it under control. When I begin, I thought of my flag and Turkey. I wish to take the first place but rising to top from bottom is better. I am moving up the ladders step by step. My coaches trusted so much, I did whatever I can do in order not to waste that trust. We are Turkey’s flag bearers and we wanted to raise our flag is our duty. So, we did it with hard working and efforts.

Russia took the golden medal in Snowboard

Elena Bolteva of Russia won the golden medal in Girls' Parallel Giant Slalom, the silver medal went to Anastasia Kurochkina and bronze medal is taken by Aydan Karakulak of Turkey.

In Boys' Parallel Giant Slalom, Dmitry Loginov of Russia won the gold medal, the silver medal went to Stephan Naumov from Russia and lastly, the bronze medal is taken by Ziga Ozebek of Slovenia.

 “It is difficult, work hard and win”

In Girls' Parallel Giant Slalom, Rinata Abdulkaiumova of Russia won the gold medal, the silver medal is taken by Doriane Escane of Russia and bronze medal went to Nikola Bubakova of Czechia.

Abdulkaiumova stated that she is very happy to be in Turkey and continue her statements with these:

 “The hill where the competition was held in is very good, snow condition is good and everything is suitable for the competition. I wish everybody good luck. We have spent difficult preparation period and we had an abroad camp just before we came in Turkey, we did not have a break throughout this process. I have trained for all year before I came here and now I am waiting for its results.”

 “Have Fun”

In Girls' 5km Individual Classic, the gold medal went to Anja Mandelic of Slovenia, the silver medal is taken by Elena Kucheva from Russian Federation, and the bronze medal went to Aleksandra Trofimova of Russian Federation.

Anja Mandelic stated that she is very happy to manage this win and added:

 “I did not do any special training for EYOF. I just participated in a race before that. But this is the first time of winning a gold medal in such a high level competition. I am having a great time; because you become a friend with athletes from other countries. The only message that I can give to the athletes is “have fun!”
